The Rudong H14# offshore wind power project, the first intelligent offshore wind farm in China built by Da Guo craftsman Xu Jizhong, has four control structures of "terminal, network, cloud and use" and two command centers of engineering construction and production operation and maintenance. It has created the first "over-the-horizon" microwave communication system in the domestic offshore wind power industry, the first personnel tracking and drowning assistance rescue system based on Beidou positioning in China, and many other domestic firsts, so that the wind farm not only has a keen "five senses", but also a smart "brain".

In the construction of Dongtai offshore wind power project, faced with the arduous test of the longest offshore distance, the largest unit capacity, the highest voltage level of the booster station, and the most complex sea condition environment, Xu Jizhong repeatedly summarized the weather and tide laws of the sea, studied the offshore construction technology scheme, and broke through numerous obstacles. From crossing the river by feeling the stones to exploring a number of pioneering offshore wind power construction roads such as "sliding loading and overall hoisting" of an offshore booster station, "landing on the beach and laying on the rack", and "pre-assembly of the tower cylinder and separate hoisting of the fan", it has created a new speed of offshore wind power construction that "starts when the grid is connected to power generation". The project has won the China Power Quality Engineering Award and the National Quality Engineering Award.
